Old Elk was created in 2013 when entrepreneur Curt Richardson decided he wanted to give craft distilling a try. He and his team purchased a few stills—for small production only—and the rest, as they say, is history. Their trademarked Slow Cut Proofing Process means extra steps and extra costs, but for fans it means world-class quality.
Join us as we enjoy these spirits and some fine cigars out on our patio with a menu by Chef Michael Voight and cocktails by Roberto Chavez.
