What is Max Vantage?
Max Vantage is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued members with dining perks.
Who is eligible to join Max Vantage?
Anyone interested in maximizing their benefits with us can join!
How do I become a Max Vantage member?
You can sign up online through our website(maxvantagect.com) or use our mobile app. Simply provide your details, and you'll have access to your loyalty account.
Is there a fee to join Max Vantage?
No, membership is completely free for all eligible guests.
What are the benefits of being a Max Vantage member?

How do I earn points?
Points are earned for every dollar you spend on food and beverages at any Max Restaurant (excluding tax, gratuity and reward redemptions). The more you dine, the more points you accumulate.
How can I redeem my points?
Simply log into your account or contact Guest Services at (860)566-8360.
How do I check my points balance and rewards?
Log into your Max Vantage online account or use our mobile app to view your points, rewards, and account activity.
How do I update my account information?
You can update your details by logging into your account online, signing into the mobile app or contact our Guest Services team.
What should I do if I lose my loyalty card?
Physical cards are no longer needed. You will be able to check in from the app to accrue points and use rewards. Should you prefer a physical card, we can issue a replacement. You can fill out our online submission form at maxvantagect.com, or contact Guest Services.
Can I transfer my membership or points to someone else?
Max Vantage memberships and points are non-transferable unless accounts are listed under the same residence.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting our Guest Services team or through your account settings.
